THE RETURN PROCESS

  • In case you receive a defective or not as described product, report it to us within 3 hour after receipt.
  • In case where product is damaged in transit, report it to us within 24 hours of delivery, so we can help you in getting insurance claim of the product (NO RETURNS).
  • Return request must be filed within 7 days, after receipt

  • Our delivery agent will pick up the rug from your doorstep.
  • The pick-up facility isn’t available for certain remote areas; in that case you have to ship the product yourself within 48 hours of initiating the return request.
  • Once the product is received by us, it goes through a quality check procedure. If the rug isn’t tampered with then we initiate the refund process within 72 working hours.
  • Please note the return shall not be accepted if the rug if damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Unidentified returns may be sent back to the customer.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITION

The customer may cancel the purchase order within a period of and in any event not later than, 2 working days from the date of purchase. If the customer chooses to cancel the purchase order after the dispatch of the purchased item, then the following procedure will apply:

For return of the purchase items, the customer should contact the customer care department of The Rugs Store at Info@therugsstore.com within 7 days of delivery. The RugsStore will levy an appropriate collection charge depending upon the items purchased and the customer’s location which will be duly conveyed before collection.

  • Return the item within 7 days of the receipt, in case product not as described or defective.
  • A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
  • Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • Do not use, wash, alter / tamper or soil the rug.
  • Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact, altered and illegible serial number will also void return
  • We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
  • Return cost will be borne by buyer.

In case you receive a defective item or product not as described, notify us within 3 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at Info@therugsstore.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned item.

Your order can only be cancelled before the product is shipped, cancellation requests received after the shipment of product, shall not be entertained.

The Rugs Store all right to reject any return if the customer is not in compliance with the above stated terms.
